1) Job Title: E-Relationship Manager

Job Description:
- Build and deepen relationships with customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues through the phone banking channel
- Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
- Have complete knowledge of customer base in terms of the profile, demographics and assets in the bank
- Serve as one-point contact to the mapped customers of the bank
- Cross selling of new products and services for both new and existing customers
- Providing advisory for various products offered by Banks to enhance relationship value
- Develop and maintain banking relationships with select group of customers through individualized customer service
- Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no of customers, volumes and revenue for the segment
- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets
- Ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with business plans

2) Phone Banking Officer
Position Title: Phone Banking Officer
Business Group: Phone Banking, Retail Banking Group (RBG)
Grade : Officer/ Senior Officer
Background:
ICICI Bank Phone Banking offers a number of facilities, which enable
the corporate customers to do several of their banking activities from
the comfort of their premises. The Phone Banking Officer is responsible
for providing good service to customers pertaining to any of their
banking, financial and investment needs.
Purpose of the Job:
The position will be responsible for resolving customer queries over
the phone on a day to day basis thereby providing efficient customer
service. This position also requires to cross sell banking products to
our existing customers over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
- Providing customers with relevant product and service information
- Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone
Key skills:
- Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
- Open to work in rotational shifts

Probationary Officers Programme
Probationary Officer Programme for Sales
and Relationship Management is an initiative of ICICI Bank in
partnership with Manipal Global Education Services. The Training
Programme aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in
sales and relationship banking. It is a vocational training programme
designed to develop a pool of first level managers with banking
knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day to
day activities. The roles offered on joining the bank after successful
completion of the Programme will involve sales, servicing, cross-selling
and acquiring new customers through field visits as part of the
duties/tasks assigned. Similarly, internship / on-the-job-training
periods will also involve these duties/tasks as part of the learning
process.
Programme Highlights
- One year full time residential programme conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy campus, Bengaluru including dual internship at ICICI Bank
- The programme focuses on balanced approach of providing inputs comprising of relevant knowledge, developing sales and relationship banking skills and shaping required behaviour
- The training imparts knowledge and skills in core banking areas like banking products, processes, systems, regulations and compliance frameworks involved in day to day operations
Programme Structure
The programme structure is as follows:- Term 1 (4 months) - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
- Term 2 (2 months) - Internship at ICICI Bank
- Term 3 (2 months) - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
- Term 4 (4 months) - On-the-job training at ICICI Bank
Eligibility Criteria
- Those who have completed graduation with 55% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience
- Up to 27 years of age as on 1st March 2021 (Should have been born on or after 1st March 1994).
